Donated by Pawthereum
$1,000 for disabled animals
The Pawthereum project has made a $1k USDC donation is to a small rescue in Argentina, RESCUEADOPTIONAR. The sanctuary was built and continues to be operated by a long-time Pawthereum community member, Santiago!
Santiago has been a vocal community member in the Pawthereum Telegram and has a history of posting content about the animals that his shelter rescues including building animal wheelchairs! Wheelchairs for disabled animals are expensive but Santiago is a builder by trade and has the skills to craft wheelchairs for only the cost of materials. If you know any animals who could use this service, reach out Santiago in the Pawthereum Telegram chat!

$9,600 to a animal shelter based in Germany
Here is a someting that you weren’t expecting: One of our community members decided to do a donation with her own funds in the name of Pawthereum.
The donation was 8,500€ ($9,600) to a shelter based in Germany. At the end of the day, this is a community-run project, with a common goal to save animals around the world. This donation is an amazing demonstration of generosity by a community member in support of that goal.

$10,000 To Sava’s Safe Haven in Galati, Romania!
We continue our world tour today with a $10,000 donation to Sava’s Safe Haven in Galati, Romania!
Sava’s Safe Haven just feels like a really special place to be donating to for us. We appreciate all of the shelters for the variety of great work they do, and picking the most special would be like trying to pick a favorite child — an impossible task (or at least it should be, right!?). However, Sava’s has amazing qualities that do make it stand out.
$5,000 To the Global Sanctuary for Elephants
We have donated $5,000 to the Global Sanctuary for Elephants, which is based in Brazil, and our friends at $REDPANDA | RedPanda Earth also contributed an additional $500 to the cause.
The Global Sanctuary for Elephants is here to address the tremendous shortage of elephant sanctuaries around the world. Currently, there are thousands of captive elephants in zoos and circuses around the world, many of which spend years isolated, chained up, abused, and neglected.

$100,000 To a new Wildlife Center located in Lynnwood, USA
Pawthereum is proud to partner with PAWS to help save more animals. Our donation of $100,000 on November 21, 2021 will help fund the creation of their new Wildlife Center. “The Pawthereum Small Mammals Room” will see thousands of animals pass through its doors, and we hope that members of our community are able to visit the room and feel our real world impact for many years to come.
